Dr. Erling Thom studied biochemistry and medicine at the University of Oslo in Norway. After receiving his undergraduate and doctoral degrees, he completed his post-doctoral studies in clinical pharmacology at Stanford University
Thom has more than 30 years experience in drug development at several pharmaceutical companies in the United States, Norway and Switzerland. He began to concentrate on natural substances in the early 1990s.
Thom is currently head of research and development at Dermawaves Ltd in Oslo, where he oversees independent clinical trials on natural products.
