Ms. Ashley Koff is an internationally known registered dietician and was named one of the Top 10 Registered Dieticians in the country by
Today's Dietician Magazine.
Ashley maintains a private practice in Los Angeles and appears regularly on a number of media outlets including Dr. Oz, Good Morning America Health, The Doctors and CNN.
Koff was educated at Duke and New York University and also has training from LA+USC and Columbus Children's hospitals. Ashley still lectures at universities across the country and recently released her book Mom Energy.
