Raw Foods Chef and Educator
Mr. Paul Nison learned the power of raw, whole food at a young age. When he was 20, Paul was diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease, also known as Crohn's disease.
Paul tried many of the doctor's suggestions with little to no benefit. But against their advice, he started to eliminate foods that were not good for him. This was the first step in his eventual cure. Paul started leaving out more and more unhealthy foods until he was left with raw, ripe, fresh, organic fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. Paul's health returned while on this 'raw food' diet.
With this new understanding of 'less is more', Paul left his job in Wall Street's financial industry and started traveling, lecturing, writing and living a more simple life.

Paul's search for more answers led him to the Bible. He now incorporates his relationship with Our Creator and diet into a message he shares around the world at lectures.
