FAQ Answers

1. iHealthTube is an online video site that educates consumers on a wide range of natural health topics.  We are constantly updating and adding to our video library, as part of our goal to become the Internet's leader in natural health information. For more information, visit our “About Us” page.


2. Featured videos are hand selected by the iHealthTube team. They can be the newest videos we’ve uploaded, the highest currently rated on iHealthTube, or they may be are just something we think our users might find helpful or interesting.


3. Anyone can join iHealthTube.com. All they need to do is setup an account.  To do so, just click on the “Create Account” link in the upper right hand of the website.  If you don’t see it, it’s likely that you’ve already got an account and are currently logged in, or that someone else using the same computer is already logged in.


4. Should you forget your password, simply click on the, “I forgot my password” link from the log in page.  We will email you your username and temporary  password to the registered email for your account.


5. To change your password simply go to your “My Account” profile, and change your password.


6. Your username is the same as your email address.  At this time, you are unable to change your username through your My Account features.  If you would like to change your username please contact us at help@ihealthtube.com


7. The video ratings you see when you view a video represent the average of all ratings that video has been given by users since its upload date. Any registered user may rate any video on iHealthTube.com, and we welcome the feedback!


8. If you’re having issues rating videos, it might just be that you are not logged in.  Only a registered user can rate iHealthTube videos.  Ensure that you are logged in, and try again. If you are already logged in, please contact us at help@ihealthtube.com and someone on our staff will assist you.


9. At this time, it is not possible to subscribe to specific videos.  However, we do plan to incorporate this into future versions of the site. If this is something that you’d like to see on the site, email us at help@ihealthtube.com and let us know.


10. Videos on iHealthTube are streamed through an Adobe Flash player. For the best viewing experience we recommend: A computer running Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari with the latest version of Adobe Flash player, and a broadband connection with at least 500+ kbps


11. If a video doesn't play continuously for you, it may be due to your connection speed. You'll need a broadband connection with at least 500+Kbps for the best viewing experience.

You can try pausing the video until the entire stream is downloaded and then play the video. Or you can clear your browser's cache and try to view the video again.


12. We use many ways to find our speakers and products.  The iHealthTube production staff works closely with researchers and developers to bring you the most credible and up-to-date natural health information. If there is a particular speaker and/or topic you’d like us to address, please email us at help@ihealthtube.com.


13. To contact a particular speaker, simply visit their Bio Page where you can learn more about them, as well as find links to their websites.


14. No, you do not need to be a registered member of iHealthTube to watch the videos.  You do however, have to be a registered member to rate videos, save your favorites, leave comments, and do other fun and interactive things on the site. (Favorites and comments coming soon).


15. Yes!  You may watch as many videos as many times as you like, whenever you like. Wherever you like. Be sure to share your favorites with friends and family, and be sure to rate the ones you watch so we know which ones you like.
