Dr. Bruce Holub is University Professor Emeritus, Department of Human Health & Nutritional Sciences at the University of Guelph.
Dr. Holub received his Ph.D from the University of Toronto in 1971 and his B.Sc. from the University of Guelph in 1967. He also received Post-doctoral training as an MRC Fellow at the University of Michigan Medical School.
Dr. Holub continues to focus his research on dietary omega-3 fatty acids from fish, fish oils, plants and nutraceuticals for health and the prevention and management of cardiovascular disease.
