Dr. Robert Rowen graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 1971. In 1975, he graduated from medical school from the University of California at San Francisco. He has been board certified by the American Boards of Family Practice and Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Rowen pioneered the nation's first law protecting alternative medicine in 1990 in Alaska, which helped him become known as 'The Father of Medical Freedom'.
