Mr. Step Sinatra is a former Wall Street Trader in New York City. But along with stress and wealth came sickness. Step saw his health decline for nearly a decade. He was finally hospitalized weight less than 100 pounds.
Mr. Sinatra took nearly as long to find the sources of his illness and recover. He now runs a spiritually minded organic wine company in California called FreeSpiritWine. He has also embraced 'grounding' and runs website called grounded.com.
