Dr. Sigalit Zchut joined Enzymotec Ltd. in 2008 working as the company's regulatory affairs manager. In 2010 she was appointed to manage the R&D team. In this capacity, Dr. Zchut is responsible for Enzymotec's division of BioActive Ingredients, overseeing clinical studies and managing intellectual property and regulatory affairs. Dr. Zchut received her BSc Degree in Life Sciences and MSc in Biochemistry from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and her PhD from Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel.
